In simpler terms, Eaze isn’t a cannabis retailer itself the way Amazon is not a store–it is only a place where people can come across the world wide web to make things happen. Specifically, retailers sign up using Eaze so they may sell their merchandise through its online platform. Then, delivery drivers (who have been educated on how to securely deliver marijuana to customers) discreetly deliver that product within an hour.

Eaze only operates in California. The company asserts it is compliant with the legislation because each of the cannabis stores it hosts on its platform holds both a state and local cannabis license.
